Shipping policy

Order fulfilment: We try and fullfill our shipments within 24 of purchase. This may not be always possible based on circumstances (weekends, public holidays). If order numbers are very high we might need 3 days to process and dispatch your order. We will keep you updated with emails. 

Shipping Option is mainly through Australia Post (4 to 7 days) and DHL (delivery timeframes may vary), and costs are outlined before you put your order through in your cart. We do offer an express domestic shipping option (1 to 2 days) and international one (delivery time may vary). However be aware that once we ship your product we don't have any control over the exact timeframe for delivery and are NOT responsible for the delivery. In some cases we will be able to provide you with a shipment number or tracking number.

Free shipping: Free STANDARD shipping is offered for domestic shipping for orders over AU$200 that do not exceed 2 kilos in weight.

International taxes/customs charges: Things Of is not responsible for any tax or charges from customs once the items arrive at destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges may differ based on your country, amount of items ordered and local taxation regulation. Please contact your local custom office for more information on the matter.

Special circumstances: We will not be liable or responsible for failure to perform because of circumstances out of our control (Force Majeure event), which is out of our reasonable control. Some of these circumstances could be:

  • strikes
  • terrorism
  • disruption of telecommunications networks
  • natural disasters, explosions, pandemics, adverse weather conditions
  • wars
  • governmental changes and disruption

Please always provide the correct postal address for your order.  We won't take any responsibility for items delivered to wrong addresses if initial address provided is wrong. 

For some countries shipping can only be delivered to PO BOX addresses so make sure to provide the correct PO BOX address. 

Because of COVID-19 there has been some disruption to shipping services and various countries have amended their shipping regulations. We apologize in advance if we incur in any issues with shipping to your specific country. You will be notified, if postal service has been disrupted for your county.
